This exciting event brings together the creativity and passion of two celebrated chefs — Chef Glenn and Chef Benvi — who will showcase the diverse and flavorful heritage of Indonesia.
Drawing from their deep love for Indonesian food, Chef Glenn of Semaja and Chef Benvi of Kayu Manis have curated a special menu designed to take guests on a culinary journey through the archipelago’s best-loved flavors. This Sunday brunch will feature an array of dishes that reflect Indonesia’s rich culinary traditions, from beloved street foods to contemporary takes on iconic dishes.
The brunch will offer a selection of canapés, signature dishes, and UMKM (local small businesses) favorites, including Sate Lilit Sambal Kecombrang and Singkong Hitam & Kerupuk Daun Jeruk as part of the canapés. Signature dishes like Bebek Cibeber and Ayam Bakar Bumbu Rujak, as well as UMKM selections like Soto Betawi H. Mamat and Gudeg Yu Djum, showcase authentic flavors from local eateries. For dessert, Es Selendang Mayang, a traditional dessert, promises to end the meal on a sweet note, transporting guests to the heart of Indonesian flavor.
